The Alabama Department of Transportation Maintenance Management Meeting is a conference that gives Maintenance Leadership around the state the opportunity to come together and share innovative strategies and best practices. The conference also serves to provide information regarding new resources and guidance available from Maintenance Bureau and other supporting Bureaus. This conference serves as a great vehicle for knowledge transfer and networking not only for maintenance staff but also for vendors and consultants that provide products and services to support the maintenance of Alabama's highway system.

Located on the waterfront in downtown Mobile, the beautiful, state-of-the-art Arthur R. Outlaw Mobile Convention Center has become one of the premier convention facilities in the nation. Winner of numerous architectural awards, the Mobile Convention Center takes full advantage of its superb waterfront setting. The Center's exterior incorporates outdoor terraces, river walks, and expansive riverfront windows, affording magnificent views of the Mobile River. Connection to the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel is provided via skybridge.

Each participant will be responsible for making their own room reservations at the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel and can do so by using the Reservations links below. A limited number of rooms will be available at the conference rates until July 17, 2026
