Notes regarding Graduation Applications 

In order to fill out the Graduation Application you must be able to access your Student Self Service account. All information regarding your Intent to Graduate Application, graduation information, and commencement information will be sent to your TROY email. If you cannot access your TROY email account please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.
Graduation Applications can only be filed online.
Plan to file your Graduation Applications by the published deadlines. These deadlines typically fall a semester and a half or term prior to your intended graduation date.
• A $60 fee will be charged to your student account within ten days after you complete the Graduation Application. Please note: Each time you complete the Graduation Application you will be charged a $60 fee. In order to access your account, please log in to Student Self Service.

Re-filing your Graduation Application

If you are unable to complete the requirements prior to your intended graduation date you will need to re-file to graduate the following semester. You will receive an e-mail with all the re-file instructions, which will be sent to your TROY e-mail account. If you do not receive this email please contact the appropriate Records office as soon as possible.
