Win (Gi-Yong) Koo, Ph.D.

Dr. Koo teaches in the Hospitality, Tourism and Sport Management program at Troy University. With a long-standing career at Troy, he has also held the role of Ph.D. Coordinator. His teaching areas include sports marketing, research methods, and statistics, while his research focuses on sports marketing and consumer behavior. He has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed journal articles and contributed to over 150 research presentations. Additionally, Dr. Koo actively promotes international sport culture exchange, helping students gain global exposure and prepare for careers in the international sport industry.
