Bachelor of Science in Music IndustryMeet Priya Menon, a 2018 Fulbright U.S. Scholar to India. She is currently a professor in the Department of English at Troy University, where she teaches Literary Theory, World Literature, Global Anglophone Literature, and Gender and Literature. During her Fulbright, she conducted research on Emigrant Literature in the state of Kerala, India, documenting stories of migrant workers who went to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. Her host institution was the Centre for Development Studies in Kerala, affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi, which is renowned in the field of development economics.
In 2021, Associate Professor of Design Chris Stagl initiated the beginning of a collaborative partnership with the University of Zaragoza’s Fine Arts Center in Spain, eventually leading to a 2024 trip abroad to the small, “forgotten” town of Teruel and the production of a documentary. "A Portrait of Teruel" examines why students and residents love their community.
