Purpose:
The ELITE is designed to develop leaders who understand the role of government and how their individual contributions can advance the improvement of their neighborhoods.
Program Benefits Include:
- Interactive sessions, once a month on Saturdays, to include meals and snacks.
- Opportunities to learn from elected officials, community leaders and other experts.
- Etiquette training on the riverfront
- A graduation ceremony.

Target Audience: Middle to Lower Working-Class Citizens; Economically disadvantaged individuals. Socially disadvantaged individuals whose ability to compete in the free enterprise system has been impaired due to diminished capital and credit opportunities as compared to others in the same or similar line of business who are not socially disadvantaged.
